| Important Information and Fees |
| Tuition & Fees Tuition includes Instruction, Room, Board, T-shirt and Personal Profile. The tuition is $350 for a one-week session. A $150 deposit is required with each application. The Deadline for the remaining $200 is due by June 18, 2010 or you will forfeit your spot in the camp. |
| Cancellation If you cancel for any reason prior to June 18, you will receive a refund of payments, less a $150 administration fee. If you cancel after June 18, tuition refunds, less a $150 administration fee, will be made for medical purposes only and requests must be accompanied by a physician’s letter of explanation. All non-medical cancellations after June 18 will forfeit $200 of the $350 fee. This letter must be received prior to the start of the school. Any participant who leaves school during the first three days due to injury will receive pro-rated credit. |
| Insurance and Medical Care Each athlete must be covered by his parent’s insurance before participating in this program. Expenses resulting from illness are the responsibility of the participant’s parents or guardian. Medical aid is provided by our school trainer. Once you have enrolled, more detailed information will be mailed to you regarding what to bring, arrival time, connecting transportation, etc. |
