Important Information and Fees
Tuition & Fees
Tuition includes Instruction, Room, Board,
T-shirt and Personal Profile.  The tuition is
$340 for a one-week session.  A $150 deposit  is
required with each application.  The Deadline
for the remaining $190  is due by June 20, 2008
or you will forfeit your spot in the camp.
Cancellation
If you cancel for any reason prior to June 20, you will receive a refund
of payments, less a $150 administration fee.  If you cancel after June 20,
tuition refunds, less a $150 administration fee, will be made for medical
purposes only and requests must be accompanied by a physician’s letter
of explanation.  All non-medical cancellations after June 20 will forfeit
$175 of the $340 fee.  This letter must be received prior to the start of
the school.  Any participant who leaves school during the first three
days due to injury will receive pro-rated credit.
Insurance and Medical Care
Each athlete must be covered by his parent’s
insurance before participating in this
program.  Expenses resulting from illness are
the responsibility of the participant’s parents
or guardian.  Medical aid is provided by our
school trainer.  Once you have enrolled, more
detailed information will be mailed to you
regarding what to bring, arrival time,
connecting transportation, etc.
